Document Description
A drainage facility will be constructed at the Top of Topanga Scenic Overlook to prevent erosion and mudflow on the north facing slope. An easement will be granted to the SMMC from the property owner at the bottom of the overlook (APN 2173-011-0). A 12" above-ground pipe measuring approx. 385' in length will carry water from the top of the overlook to an energy dissipator, from where it will drain to a County owned V-ditch. Roughly 170 feet of the pipe will be on APN 2173-011-001
