Document Description
The project proposes to change the existing point of diversion from the City of Healdsburg's Fitch well field to a new offset well located approximately 1/4 mile downstream along the Russian River. To provide an alternative water source to irrigate 6 acres of existing, planned community landscape, the project will include: disconnection of an existing water supply line from the City of Healdsburg's well field; construction of a 10 foot square concrete pad for an existing (capped) offset test will on landscaped property adjacent to the Russian River and; trenching for installation of electrical conduit and PVC pipe supply. No grading, tree removal or excavation is anticipated.
