Exclusion from the issuance of a Minor Waste Tire Facility Permit for a waste tire retreading facility. Title 14 CCR Section 18420 (a) (5) authorizes tire retreading businesses to store up to 3,000 tires without obtaining a waste tire permit, provided the operator of the facility submits an acceptible application to the CIWMB.
