Document Description
The California Rehabilitation Center's perimeter fence is approximately 34 years old. Purpose of the project is to modify certain armed towers, improve security fence lighting, and repair approximately 7,400 linear feet of outside security perimeter fence and additional work between fences to curb erosion. All of this is for the safety and welfare of staff, inmates, and the surrounding comunity.
