Document Description
The project would be to construct a four-story office building with 2.5 levels of underground parking. After completion, the building would contain approximately 300,000 square feet of office space (intended for use by multimedia firms), about 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, 491 self-park and 103 valet-parked spaces. This project would require the demolition of the existing industrial structure, the former norcal transfer station. The Project requires Planning Commission approval under several sections of the Planning Code.
