Document Description
Aplications for amendments to Anderson-Rowe Ranch Master Plan, Precise Development Plan and Tentative Map for a planned residential development. The project proposes the development of up to 79 single-family homes clustered in selected areas of the 59-60 acre site. A majority of the land is proposed to be preserved as permanent open space, which would be dedicated to the City of Novato. The project includes a request for an amendment to the Novato General Plan Environmental Element. The amendment proposes to delete neighborhood park site 3-2 (Pell Neighborhood Park) from General Plan EN Map 6 (Future Park Development).
