Document Description
The project is proposed development of a Flying J Travel Plaza on a portion of a 60-acre property, south of the Pedrick Road / I-80 interchange, in the City of Dixon. The project would develop approximately 27 acres of the 60-acre property with a Flying J Travel Plaza. The Plaza would include a 17,638 square foot structure with a 24-hour convenience store, restaurant, fast food court, driver lounge, and laundry and shower facilities. The travel plaza will also provide fuelign services for diesel and gasoline vehicles. No development of the remaining 33 acres is proposed at this time.
