Document Description
The proposed project would expand the existing Berry Street Building at China Basin Landing by adding three stories to the existing three floors. The upward expansion of the Berry of the Berry Building would consist of approxiately 193,600 gross square feet and raise the building to a height of approximately 87 feet. The expansion area would be office space, and the Berry Street Building would remain in office and commercial uses. The project also proposes a height reclassification of the site form 60 to 90 feet.
