The China Basin Landing complex consists of the Wharfside Building and the Berry Building, both of which contain office and retail uses. The existing zoning is M-2 (heavy industrial). The site is in the area of the Ballpark Vicinity Special Use District Interim Controls associated with Pacific Bell Park. The site is within BCDC jurisdiction.
Document Description
The proposal is the expansion of the existing parking garage under the Berry Street Building to the unfinished area beneath the Wharfside building. The proposal would add appoximately 177 parking spaces to the 69 spaces, which would be restriped to 53 spaces, for a total of approximately 230 spaces. Acces to the garage would remain as existing, entering from Third Street and exiting from Fourth Street.
