Project is a five year gravel mining permit located in the upper dry gravel bars along sections of Swartz and Eticuera creeks in northern Napa County. Project utilizes a six person work force, in removal, by-hand, of selected head-size rock from dry gravel bars outside of rainy season. Optimum pull out weight of rock will not exceed 350 tons within any given one year period.
