Document Description
The White Horse Development consists of an application for a Recreational Use Permit for: 1) an 18-hole golf course; 2) a community cultural and civice center; and 3) play and ball field areas. Future phases to be analyzed in the EIR consists of: 1) a professional business park with a 300-unit hotel; 2) a 500-unit senior cluster-designed condominium community; 3) a 406-unit cluster-designed open-spaced ranchos; 4) 32 acres of dedicated lands. This property is located on 833 acres northwest of the Noble Industrical Park along the west side of Ridge RD. between the City of Sutter Creek and Hwy. 88 near Martell in Amador County.
