Document Description
The project consists of a vesting tentative map to subdivide 9.48 acres to create 31 single family residential lots ranging in size from 8,990 Square Feet to 12, 120 Square Feet averaging 10,000 Square Feet. The design of the project will incorporate interior public streets constructed to City Standards including the provision of all necessary infrastructure. The project will take access from Marigold Avenue via the proposed Street A and will also connect with the Marigold Estates Phase I via Escallonia Way. Marigold Avenue is a two lane substandard road with no curb, gutter or sidewalks adjacent to the subject site. Finished grade will match the existing ground elevations around the perimeter of the site. All finished lots will be graded to drain towards the streets.
