The proposed project consists of the reestablishment of RD 2062's southeast boundary, which is common with RD 2107's northeast boundary, with a new non-project cross levee between the San Joaquin River and Paradise Cut. The cross levee would be constructed to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer's and State Reclamation Board's standards and be placed within and parallel to the former SPRR embankment.
