- This project is an amendment to P-D(436) to allow a 36,147-square foot (46-unit) expansion to Bethel Retirement Community, property located at 2345 Scenic Drive. The expansion will include 16 independent living units and 30 assisted living units. The proposed building addition is three stories tall and is located directly south of their existing facility on what is currently an undeveloped lawn area. The new units are all proposed to be one-bedroom, one-bath units, approximately 560 square feet in size.
