The City of Pittsburg is considering an application from Seecon Financial and Construction for a Tentative Subdivision map on a 147 acre parcel south of central Pittsburg on Kirker Pass Road. The land is owned by Allied Waste and was included in the recent Southeast Sphere of Influence studies completed by the City Development of he parcel with 152 lots, as proposed, would require a General Plan Amendment, rezoning and Subdivision Map approvals by the City of Sphere of Influence revision and annexation approval by the Contra Costa County LAFCO.
