The proposed project ocinsists of the reconfiguration of fifteen parcels into five new parcels. the known project at this time consists of the construction of a 131,848 square foot Home Depot Improvement Store. The environmental analysis assumed that up to 73,00 additional square feet of retail squaare footage could be developed on the remaining four parcels. The total square footage assumed for environmental purposes was 208,848 square feet retail.
