Document Description
The Oaks at Arcade Creek is a 56 unit multifamily project located at 6540 Aubrun Boulveard. The site is approximately 3.24 acres abutting Arcade Creek. The multifamily units will consist of three (two-story), 16-unit buildings and one (two-story), eight-unit building developed in two phases. The site plan indicates 126 parking spaces, associated drive aisles, parking lot lighting, perimeter and internal landscaping. Additionally, the applicant proposes to install two monument signs located at the two entrances to the project site.
