Consideration of a Modification of an existing Conditional Use Permit to allow development of a four phase Master Site Plan involving a new 56,750 sq. ft., three level office, 9,800 sq. ft. research lab building and various ancillary agricultural structures totaling approx. 300,000 additional sq. ft. of building area over the next five years. Reference site MasterPlans with corresponding legend for the types and sizes of each building to be expanded or created are attached. The proposal will be phased according to the following schedule:
