Document Description
The proposed project is to construct and operate an Intermodal Transit Center on a parcel of land known as the 64-Acre Tract. The intermodal Transit Center would include an enclosed heated area suitable for waiting and providing visitor information services, a covered waiting area, six transit bus bays, and a 130 space parking area for transit patrons, trail users, and pedestrians. The intersection for the existing roadway serving the parcel will be relocated to the north resulting in a slight realignment of the roadway on the parcel.
