Document Description
The project is a proposed 165,600 square foot speculative office building with ground level retail (including 8,000 square feet of restaurant) two levels of underground parking and a two level addition to an existing three story parking streucture. Site improvements will include new landscaping and hardscape in an open-air plaza and around existing buildings. The proposed project will replace 38,839 square feet of existing single story reatil/commercial development.
