(REFERENCE SCH#83091303) The project proposes to complete development of the Executive Park Development Plan, including 1,324,000 gross square feet office, 57,500 gross square feet retail, 25,000 gross square feet health club, 10,000 gross square feet child care center, a 350-room hotel, a restaurant, and 263 dwelling units, with related parking. The project would amend several provisions of previous approvals, including removing conditions requiring a hiking trail leading from the project to an existing natural area in Bayview Hill Park, and removing a condition requiring an extension of Executive Park Boulevard West, and may propose to increase the amount of parking permitted.
