CDFG is executing a SAA # R3-2000-0009 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Stephen Lee / Williams Communications dba Vyvx Inc. in California. The applicant proposes fiber optics cable installation, via directional boring, in nine locations along the Cuesta Grade in San Luis Obispo County. The borings will be under tributaries of San Luis Obispo Creek and all are within 300 feet of San Luis Obispo Creek.
