The project consists of a Planned Development Rezoning from A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District to A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District to allow construction of a four-story, 261 room hotel (Residence Inn by Marriot & Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott) on a 6.73 gross acre site. The State Lands Commission action is authorizing the relocation of an access easement and the enlargement of another easement located within the project site and in the vicinity of the Guadalupe River.
