Document Description
The project is the replacement of an existing 36-inch tall outfall with a 48-inch outfall in Guadalupe River in the City of San Jose. The replacement will occur at the existing outfall location at the edge of the wide flood controlled channel of Guadalupe River. The project involves the removal of the existing 36-inch outfall structure and associated grouted rip rap and replacement with a 48-inch outfall. A backhoe and other minor equipment will be utilized on the site. The project will take about one week to complete. The rip rap around the new outfall structure will be grouted with concrete. The California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number R3-2000-1434 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Tom Jodry / Legacy Partners.
