The proposed project is the development of approximately 45.2 acres of a 70.5 acre site located in the Alviso area of North San Jose, north of State Route 237 and east of San Tomas Aquino Creek. The project proposes to allow construction of buildings totaling 1,015,000 square feet and associated improvements suitable for office/R&D, hotel, restuarant, and ancillary retail uses. Project development would be oriented toward State Route 237 with an open space area in the northern portion of the site.
