Document Description
Planned Development Permit Amendment to File No. PD21-016 to reduce the floor area of the new Second Harvest Distribution Center from approximately 249,230 square feet to approximately 215,667 square feet and increase the number of vehicle parking spaces from 161 to 315 and bicycle parking spaces from 14 to 21, on an approximately 10.5-gross-acre site. There is no proposed increase in the number of employees, volunteers, vehicles, trucks or trips proposed from the approved project. The project would be consistent with the development analyzed in the Cisco Systems, Inc. Site 6 Final EIR approved by the City Council of the City of San Jose on June 6, 2000. No new significant environmental impacts that were not previously identified will result from this project, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15162.
