The proposed Winona Avenue Area Elementary School would accommodate a planned enrollment of approximately 700-900 students, kindergarten through grade five. The school would principally serve a portion of the students residing in the Colina del Sol and adjacent neighborhood areas in the community of City Heights as well as relieve overcrowding at the existing Euclid Elementary School. Approximately seventy (70) off street parking spaces would be provided at the site.
