Document Description
The proposal would permit the development of 125 single-family and 630 multi-family dwelling units, a self-storage facility on a 3-acre lot, and a 4.9 acre neighborhood park on the 103.6 acre project site. Approx. 24 acres within the Multi-habitat Planning Area of the City of San Diego MSCP Subarea Plan would be preserved as open space.
