Document Description
The applicant proposes to subdivide the 4.82-acre project site into 17 single-family residential lots, two landscape lots, and one roadway lot, for construction of 17 single family residential structures (maximum height 35 feet) and a cul-de-sac. Implementation of the project would require the demolition of the Northam House and Garage/Carriage House (historic, locally significant structures), and grading of the prominent knoll upon which the structures lie, and removal of mature landscaping, including 134 mature trees.
