Construction and operation of a Class l bike path in the City of San Marcos, City of Vista, and unincorporated County of San Diego. Approximately 0.1 mile is located in City of Oceanside. The bikeway would generally be located in North County Transit District railroad right-of-way from North Melrose Drive and West Bobier Drive/Oceanside Boulevard at the border of Vista and Oceanside to the existing terminus of the bikeway at West Mission Road and North Pacific Street in San Marcos. The distance of the bikeway would be approximately 7 miles.
