Amendment/Revision to previous-adopted City Center Preliminary PUD that involve the development of a 580,000 s.f. commercial office building with ground floor retail and up to 200 parking spaces. Proposed Revisions will add hotel and residential options with up to 262 residential units on Site A and hotel on Site B (with option for office or residential). The revisions will reduce massing and density with Design Review, a Final Development Permit (FDP) for Site A and a Conditional Use Permit to reduce parking by up to fifty percent.
