Presently, approximately 825 acres are vacant and have not received any land use entitlement.
Document Description
The proposed project is a comprehensive update and implementation of the City of San Juan Capistrano's General Plan. This update includes all mandatory elements (except the Housing Element which was State certified in June 1997), and six optional elements including Cultural Resources, Community Design, Growth Management (required per Orange County Measure "M"), Parks and Recreation Element, Public Services and Utilities, and Floodplain Element.
