The County proposes to conduct annual vegetation clearing in channels and perform minor grading, as needed, consistent with the clearing limits established by the November 1997 Maintenance Plan for the Annual Clearing of Earth-Bottom Flood Control Channels. This continuing program is necessary to restore and maintain the design capacities of the channels, ensuring the proper functioning ot these facilities.
