Document Description
Special Districts is proposing to purchase a +-2.5-acre parcel located easterly of and adjacent to a parcel containing Special Districts existing Zone L Wells 9A and 9B and Reservoir 1C and install a new well (9C). Well 9C will be drilled to a depth of about 1,000 feet and based on available data will have a pumping capacity of about 400 gpm. Once developed, Well 9C will be connected by underground pipeline to the existing Reservoir 1C. Well 9C will be used as a standby well to provide water when either 9A or 9B, which are +-25 years old, are not in service. It is anticipated that Well 9C may become the primary pumping well and one of the existing wells may become a standby well.
