Specific Plan consisting of 1,440 du on 414.2 ac. an 18-hole golf course with related facilities on 175.1 ac., 11.2ac. Of neighborhood parks, a 12.0-acre elementary school site, 151.6 acres of natural open space, and 15.9 acres of primary roads. The SP also proposes the construction of off-site road improvements extending 1 mile to the north and approximately 1/2 mile to the south. Related applications include a Change of Zone anf General Plan Amendment, and SP Amendment, necessary to implement the specific plan.
