Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (caltrans), District 7 Proposes to add a mixed-flow lane in each direction on State Route 23 from route 101 to the New Los Angeles Avenue. Add a mixed flow lane from north of Paige Road to Janss Road. Soundwall will also be constructed to reduce4 noise level. The proposed work will encroach upon Calleguas Creek. The project has been evaluated to ensure that all practical measures are taken to minimize harm to the creek. The proposed work will be within existing Right-of-Way.
