The proposed project is located within the Knott's Berry Farm Amusement Park. Since its inception as an agricultural interest in the early 1920s, Knott's Berry Farm has developed into one of the major tourist entertainment attractions in Southern California. Knott's Berry Farm currently encompasses nearly 152 acres of privately-owned land and provides entertainment and recreation activities for all ages within the context of architectural styles reminiscent of the early West.
