Document Description
The applicant proposes to amend the Del Monte Center Master Plan to move the location of the third anchor to the eastern corner of the property, build a 16 theater complex (2,755 seats), and adjust an existing lot line. The lot line adjustment will result in approximately 22,000 square feet being added and subtracted from the Del Monte Center Master Plan area; there will be no increase in site area to either parcel. The 22,000 square feet added to the Del Monte Center Master Plan area will require a Gneral Plan amendment from Residential Low Density to Commercial and Zoning Amendment from R-1-15-D-1 to C-2-SC. The 22,000 square feet subtracted from the Del Monte Center Master Plan area will require a General Plan amendment from Commercial to Residential Low Density and Zoning Amendment from C-2-SC to R-1-15-D-1.
