Annexation of 9.43 acres into the City of Big Bear Lake and Big Bear Lake Fire Protection District and assignment of a General Plan designation of Village Specific Plan (VSP) and a zoning of Lake Front Commercial (LC) to the property. Expansion and improvement of the Pine Knot Landing Marina through the removal of the east jetty, construction of a breakwater, wharf and boardwalk, lighthouse, restaurant, restrooms, offices, and an addition to the existing boat sales and services building. Installation of 354 vehicle parking spaces and a total of 650 marina units including 431 boat slips and end ties, 50 rack storage spaces, and 169 mooring buoys.
