A request for a multi-phased expansion of the present Pine Knot Landing Marina including the removal of the existing east jetty, installation of bank protection and creation of a breakwater along the existing west jetty, reconfiguration of the existing boat slips and additional boat slips for a total of 400 slips, construction of a wharf, 5,200 square foot restaurant, 37-foot high lighthouse, and 21,600 square foot multi-level, 200-space rack boat storage building, construction of a new 1,440 square foot two-story business office, and the addition of 3,360 square feet of rack boat storage to the existing maintenance building. The ownership of this facility is proposed to be an undivided interest subdivision.
