The proposed new high school is to be located about 1/4 mile south of the current campus. The new school will cover 60+ acres of a 97+ acre site. Access is off Dennison Road and Valley Boulevard extension. The site is in unincorporated Kern County. The school District is pursuing annexation to the City of Tehachapi. The City indicates it will provide water, sewer service and storm water disposal service.
