Document Description
The proposed project involves development of 30 detached, single-family residential dwelling units on a 2.34 acre site located at the southwest corner of Hueneme Road and Third Street within the Central Community and Hueneme Redevelopment Project Area. The site is an undeveloped, vacant lot and is primarily vegetated with ruderal grasses and weeds, with about 10 palm trees located in the southwest portion of the site. The site has been previously developed with commercial land uses and an electrical sub-station. Since the site has been previously graded, only minor site grading would be required. Importation of fill material may be required, however the amount of fill is not known at this time.
