The proposed project is a Phase II extension of the State water transmission main and creation of an additional water storage reservoir to be located adjacent to the city's existing reservoirs. The project is located at the end of the Phase I line in McCoy Lane east of the Crossroads Development, crossing under 101, along Prell Road east to the access road to the City's existing reservoirs, turning southward, for 1,800 feet, and then proceeding eastward to the water storage reservoir site, in the City of Santa Maria, as well as in the County of Santa Barbara.
