Document Description
The project involves the development of approximately 360,000 square feet of research and office development on a 25.3-acre site. The development would consist of five business buildings arranged in a campus-like setting. Also included are 990 surface parking spaces, as well as landscaping and on-site watershed enhancement. The property is currently the site of the Chia and Arnesen Nurseries, which include row crops and a few greenhouses. The site is generally flat, with a gradual sloping topography and a small drainage channel that transverses the property from the northeast to the southwest.
