Combined Development Permit and Design Approval for an Amendment of a Coastal Development Permit (SH93003 and its subsequent Minor and Trivial Amendment PLN970336) to allow 1900 square foot interior remodel (loft area to be added to existing Building B) to accomodate office space for eight employees (this element of the project is on Assessors Parcel Number 133-242-011); transfer 72 required parking spaces to a new parking lot; and a Costal Development Permit for a new 181-space parking lot on Moss Landing Island (this element of the project is on Assessors Parcel Number 133-232-008) to replace the previously approved 72 additional parking spaces to be located on parcel 133-242-011.
