Document Description
To address ongoing demand for affordable graduate family-student housing, UCLA proposes to expand the University Village family student housing complex by redeveloping the 140 older apartments constructed in the 1950's on the southern portion of the Sawtelle Boulevard site of the existing University Village (3200 Sawtelle Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90066). The proposed project would demolish the 140 apartment units and approximately 192 parking spaces, construct 192 new apartment units and a four-level parking structure and surface parking totaling approximately 555 parking spaces, and provide driveway access modifications.
