Document Description
Construct two office buildings. Both buildings are two-stories with a third partially subterranean parking level. Building A is proposed at 40,300 sq.ft. of office area and 20,400 sq.ft. of subterranean garage area. Building B is proposed at 49,384 sq.ft. of office area and 24,442 sq. ft. of gararge area. Associated improvements include extension of utilities, frontage improvements, landscaping, parking and site lighting. The applicants also request approval of a Tree Permit to remove 31 native oak trees for a total of 333 inches at diameter beat height for construction of the office buildings and parking area.
