United States forest Service has determined that the proposed work qualifies for a Categorical Exclusion (attached) since it consists of repair and maintenance. The only recognized extraordinary circumstance (the presence of a historic bald eagle nesting territory) will be mitigated by performing the work outside the critical time period from January 1 through August 31.
