Document Description
Project consists of the demolition and removal of an abandoned residence, garage, and associated trash pile. Included is the removal of hazardous asbestos and lead paint. The project willcreate shallow surface disturbance. The project area will be restored under the Tijuana River NERR Management Plan, which emphasizes habitat restoration for endangered and native species. An archaeologist will insure avoidance of significant impacts to cultural remains. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
