Document Description
Project consists of the removal of existing soil that was deposited by storm runoff in 1995 at the Residence at Torrey Pines State Reserve. Existing soil will be removed from a large area to the north and east of the residence. The soil will be removed to a depth of 6 to 12 inches and will be replaced with suitable topsoil for growing garden plants and turf lawn. The removed soil will be spread on the former agricultural filed immediately across Flintkote Road from the Residence. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
